The mission of the Claiborne Conference Center is to provide a state of the art, professional environment, located in downtown Baton Rouge, for state departments who occupy the Claiborne Building as well as other public and private entities to hold board meetings, seminars, conferences, and computer training workshops for their employees and stakeholders.

The Claiborne Conference Center facilities are located mainly on the first floor of the Claiborne Building.
