How do I access the OTM bill online? You may access the OTM bill at www.doa.la.gov/otm/bill. Click on Web Billing, then enter your User Login and Password to view various billing reports for your agency.

Can I view my OTM Bill on the Web and still have OTM print my bill monthly? Yes, you may view the OTM bill on the Web and have a copy mailed to your agency; however, the cost for printing will be $.50 per printed page.
How can I view more than 3 months of billing data? Only three months of billing data will be kept on OTM's Web site, i.e., after the fifth business day in August users may view July, June and May billing reports. After the fifth business day in September, users may view August, July and June billing reports. If the billing report needed is not on the Web site, OTM can provide you with a printed copy at a charge of $.50 per printed page.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with the Web billing application? Call the OTM Help Desk at 225-342-7777. The Help Desk agent will create a trouble ticket and refer the problem to appropriate OTM personnel. You will be contacted within five business days.

Who do I contact if I cannot access the OTM Web billing site? Call the OTM Help Desk at 225-342-7777.

Can I download the OTM bill from the Web into a spreadsheet? Yes, the Cost Center Detail report can be downloaded into a spreadsheet.

Can another agency view my OTM bill on line? No.

Do I need special training or a class to use Web Billing? No special training is needed. OTM provided user documentation at www.doa.la.gov/otm/bill should be sufficient to walk a user through the steps required to view and download billing data.

Does OTM offer user training? Yes. If you would like to attend a training session regarding User or Administrator documentation, contact Laura Root Matherne in the OTM Information and Training Section at 225-342-7725 or email her at laura.matherne@la.gov.

What is a Telecommunications Coordinator (TC)? A TC is appointed by the agency the authorized representatives for approving and coordinating telecommunications activities. Do I have to be a TC to view the OTM bill online? No. Initially, only TCs were set up to view the bill on line; however, TCs may give permissions for others to view all or part of the cost center/AU numbers they are authorized to view on line.

How do I get access to the OTM bill online? If you are a TC and want access to the OTM bill online, complete form OTM-26 and fax it to Debbie Griffith at 225-342-7372. If you are not a TC, contact your agency TC and ask him to assign your permissions.
