Long Distance (Direct Distance Dialing--DDD)
This service provides for 1+ and 0+ long distance calling over the common carrier network. DDD is used to dial long distance from locations that do not have LINC access. In locations that do have LINC access, DDD is used primarily for placing calls that cannot be dialed using LINC. For example:
- Calls to numbers outside the continental United States, or
- Calls to numbers that block calls from private networks.
DDD is also used for call forwarding to a long distance number.
Billing Rates

A Support Service fee of 0.5% shall be applied to the monthly cost of this service.
