Important Information Regarding Box 14 on Your 2007 W-2
2007 Forms W-2 mailed earlier this year did not include a description for the dollar
amount(s) in Box 14. If an employee contributes to retirement and/or the flexible
benefits plan the annual contribution amounts will be in Box 14.
Box 14 amount 1 represents retirement contributions and
Box 14 amount 2 represents flexible benefits plan contributions.
