| Why did the status code on KENT or KAMD go to APC and no approval date issued when the approver electronically approved PAPV? |

KENT or KAMD requires the Office of Contractual Review's (OCR) approval. If you try to enter a date approved, edit M999E CAN'T APRV - OCR APPROVAL REQD will display.

| Why is the status code on KENT, KAMD or KINV still at an AWP - Awaiting Approval status after the approver electronically approved PAPV? |

Another approval exists on PAPV. Go to the PAPV awaiting approval. The name of the person needing to approve PAPV can be found next to the approver field. Once all approvers approve PAPV, the KENT, KAMD or KINV status code will go to APC - ELECTRONIC APPROVALS COMPLETE.

I approved or disapproved PAPV in error. How do I get I get PAPV back to a W -
Waiting Approval status? |

To get PAPV back to a W - Waiting Approval, change KENT, KAMD or KINV status code to RDY - Ready For Further Processing. Once the status code on KENT, KAMD or KINV is at RDY, change status to AIN - Approvals Initiated. Status Code should return at AWP - Awaiting Approvals and PAPV should be at a W - Waiting Approval.

Check with your Agency System Administrator to make certain that 1) The correct approval type is set up on BAPV for your agency and 2) That BAPV is at an active status.
