Vendor Purge Candidate Report

The Vendor Purge Candidate Report dated 10/24/02 is now in BUNDL for review.

A second version of the Vendor Purge Candidate Report dated 10/30/02 has also been placed in BUNDL for your review. The report name is BVPCA, and it is sorted by Responsible Agency. It is under the same mailcode as the first version, ISFGFS and ISPAGPS. ISIS AFS/AGPS/CFMS will be down the weekend of 11/2 and 11/3 to perform the AFS/AGPS Annual Archive process. The Vendor Purge Process is being postponed 1 week and will not be part of this weekend's activities.

AFS and AGPS Annual Archive Process

Duringthe weekend of November 2, 2002, AFS and AGPS will perform it's annual archive process. This year a vendor purge/archive process has been added. The system will remain down the entire weekend in order for the following AFS tables and AGPS documents to be archived/purged:
AFS tables scheduled for archive: DHIS, DXRF, OLGL, OLG2, OPVH, OPVL, STUB, VXRF, VEND and WREC for FY 02.
AGPS documents scheduled for archive: AGPS Orders, AGPS Contracts, AGPS Requisitions, and AGPS Solicitations for FY 01 and older.
