OIS Training Class Procedures

ISIS Training Procedure

Requesting Training Classes (includes all CBT, ILT and Self Study classes)

Employee completes appropriate training request form.
Employee forwards completed form to ISIS agency liaison, agency training coordinator or
HR Employee Administration Manager for approval.
Completed form(s) are mailed, faxed or emailed to OIS.
Employee is registered in next available scheduled class. A training notification is sent to the employee via email or fax.
A link to the map will be attached to the training notification form.
All OIS Online Learning courses can be found in LEO and do not require a Training Request Form.

Canceling and Rescheduling Classes

Contact the ISIS Help Desk as soon as possible at (225) 342-4630 if you are unable to attend the scheduled class(es).
If notification is not received prior to the scheduled class of your inability to attend, you will be considered a "no-show". If you still want to attend this class, another training request form will have to be submitted.
Students are allowed up to 3 attempts by OIS training staff to schedule a requested class. If you do not attend the third scheduled class, your name will be removed from the request list. If you still wish to attend this class, another training request form will have to be submitted.
