OIS offers training for all ISIS applications, which is delivered by the following methods:
- Computer Based Training (CBT) - DOA mainframe based training
- Online learning (OLL) - Internet based training
- Instructor Led Training (ILT)
- Self Study

Training Recommendation Charts may be accessed below relating functions performed to the
course(s) in which it is taught.

| Requesting Training Classes (includes all CBT, ILT and Self Study classes) |
- Self enrollment for all ISIS training classes is done through LEO under My Work - Training. Enrollments may also be processed by the agency Training Coordinator, depending upon the agency's policies and procedures.
- A training notification is sent to the employee via email or can be found under My Work - Inbox.

| Canceling and Rescheduling Classes |
- Cancellation and rescheduling for all ISIS training classes are done through LEO under My Work - Training tab. This is done by the individual employee or through the agency Training Coordinator, depending upon the agency's policies and procedures.
