The Office of Information Services (OIS) is responsible for the development, implementation and support of statewide administrative (ISIS) applications and the Division of Administration (DOA) programmatic and desktop applications. This includes traditional application development of large complex systems run on the DOA mainframe, client server applications run on midrange computers, and Web based applications, as well as PC based systems such as Access and Excel. Consulting support for DOA offices and customer support (help desk, training and documentation) for users are also included within the scope of services. |
