To enhance communication about and facilitate implementation of the management processes associated with performance-based budgeting, the OPB has established the Louisiana Management Network, which includes department and agency coordinators for strategic planning, operational planning, budget development, and performance accountability.

Coordinators in the Louisiana Management Network receive information on training classes and workshops offered by the OPB, information on modifications to process forms, guidelines, and/or instructions, and other OPB communications.  Agency coordinators are encouraged to communicate with other coordinators to share and discuss problems, issues, and/or successes.

To keep Louisiana Management Network information current, the OPB must be provided updated information whenever coordinator and LaPAS user changes occur.  To register a new strategic planning or operational planning coordinator or update information on an existing coordinator, complete and submit a Louisiana Management Network Coordinator Form to the OPB.  For additional information, please consult Guidelines for Designation of Coordinators.
