Account Authorization: Act 1217 of 1995; Act 18 of 1997

The Auxiliary Account provides therapeutic activities to patients as approved by the treatment teams.

SOURCE OF FUNDING

The Auxiliary Account is funded from fees and self-generated revenues. Self-generated revenue is generated by sales in the patient canteen, telephone commissions and donations to finance the operations of the Patient Rehabilitation Fund and the Indigent Patient Fund.
