Program Authorization: Legislative Appropriation
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program pays annual membership dues incurred in connection with national organizations of which the State of Louisiana is a participating member. The associations or organizations to which membership dues are paid are as follows: Southern Growth Policy Board, National Association of State Budget Officers, Southern Governors' Association, National Governors' Association, Education Commission of the States, Southern Technology Council, and Council of State Governments - Southern Legislative Conference.
This agency's recommended appropriation does not include any funds for short-term debt.
This agency does not have any long-term debt for Fiscal Year 1998-1999.
SOURCE OF FUNDING
The source of funding for this program is state general fund.
