PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Act 319 of the 1997 Regular Session - the Initiatives Supplemental Appropriations Act - appropriated $101,634,060 from State General Fund (Direct) to various initiative funds. These funds were from non-recurring revenue and are as follows:
