The Client Payments Program provides purchased vocational and other rehabilitative services to severely disabled persons. This includes the purchase of prosthetic and orthopedic devices and telecommunication devices, the provision of interpreter services, or through supported employment services or technology, as well as guidance and counseling, vocational training, and physical and mental restoration.
