| - Defensive Driver Training is no longer available through ORM's website. Users of the ISIS payroll system can now access the course through Louisiana Employees Online (LEO). Users without access to this system will need to contact his or her agency's safety manager/coordinator for alternate access. |
| - Important Notice - Please be aware that Category B Blanket Extension will expire on March 31, 2008 for both Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. It is imperative that the applicant make a formal written request to Colonel Kirkpatrick at GOHSEP requesting an extension beyond March 31, 2008, specifically stating the Project Worksheet involved. An estimation of the extension needed should be included in the request. This letter must be received by GOHSEP on or before March 31, 2008 to be considered. Approval is on a case by case basis. There is no guarantee that an extension will be given. Failure to submit a formal request for an extension may jeopardize future funding from the Office of Risk Management.
