NOTE: The dummy location
code “0000” has been assigned to non-insurable non-state owned building
structures. It is also used (on “U”
records) to prevent an “I” record from being created in STAMPS. When you choose the selection All ORM Location Codes your report will
include all data with the dummy location code “0000”. This results in inaccurate values as well as a large number of
report pages (reflecting records with zeros for the building value) and could
double or triple the size of your report.
In order to avoid choose Range of
ORM Location Codes and enter the range of “0001” to “9999”.
If you selected the option All ORM Location Codes, information for all location codes (see
note above) codes will be included in the report.
If you selected the option Range of Location Codes, all information for location codes within the selected range will
be included on the report.
If you selected the option List Location Codes you must indicate (on lines 1 through 10) the
location code(s) desired.
