Contracts Unit
| Office of Risk Management's Accounting/Contracts section is responsible for the processing of all ORM contracts. This includes obtaining required signatures and routing and monitoring contracts through the approval process. Ninety percent of ORM contracts are a result of lawsuits which require legal defense, adjusting services, or expert witness testimony and investigation. The remaining ten percent are comprised of a variety of contracts including actuarial, elevator maintenance, training, and underwriting services. |
