The Office of State Purchasing and Travel website

Since much of the information
is stored in PDF 
files (Portable Document Format), you will
need Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or higher to view
these documents. The Acrobat Reader is free and is compatible
with most operating systems. Directions for downloading and

| How to use Adobe Reader with

Once
Adobe Reader has been installed on your computer, you
may view any web pages that are in "Portable
Document Format" (denoted by .pdf extentions).
To view the page, all you have to do is click on the
link. Your browser will automatically detect the Adobe
Reader software, and the page will open in your web
browser. You may print the document by clicking the
