The Office of the State Register is pleased to launch an administrative rulemaking training project that will include seminars, a new training manual, and these online presentations. The seminars are presented as Part I, Basic Rulemaking Procedures, and Part II, Advanced Rulemaking Procedures. Below is a list of the rulemaking classes that are currently offered.
