Line of Service Rate Revisions for LINC, Standard Dial Tone, UCD, and Toll Free Service

The Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) has recently completed a review of its line of service rates. Such reviews are periodically conducted to ensure that OTM is in compliance with various state and federal guidelines which govern the operations of internal service funds. The recent review resulted in changes to rates for the following lines of service:
