What is Louisiana Employees Online (LEO)?

LEO is a portal providing a single point of access to a variety of employee information and services for employees paid through ISIS HR. You can access your pay statement information, benefits plans (all insurances, deferred compensation, retirement), and state employee directory. You also have the ability through LEO to change your emergency contact information, address, bank, and tax withholding information.

LEO can be accessed from any computer through an internet browser. We recommend and support Internet Explorer 7.0. Other browsers may work, however, we cannot assist you with them.

Check with your Time Administrator (TA), the person who inputs your time, or contact your Human Resources (Personnel) Office.

What is my password the first time I log into LEO as a new user?

If you are an SAP user (Timekeeper or Human Resource person) your password in SAP is the same for LEO. If not, you must go through Password Maintenance, found on the LEO login page, and create a password before you can log into LEO. Click on 'Password Maintenance' to get started. Remember, the answer to the personal question you create IS NOT your password. A correct answer to your personal question allows you to create a password for LEO and/or SAP.

The password you create is effective immediately. LEO establishes this password in real time so there is no waiting.

Go through Password Maintenance and create a new password. You may create a new password at anytime. It is effective immediately. Click on 'Password Maintenance' to get started.

Who can access my information over the Internet?

Since LEO requires your Personnel Number and the Password you create, you are the only one who can access your information. The only exception would be if you have compromised your password by revealing it to someone else.

Is my information secure?

Yes, but you have a key role in protecting your information. You must create passwords and a personal question that are not easily linked with you, change your password regularly, and protect your password.

Your information is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrytion.

What training is available for using LEO?

Each agency has designated a LEO Primary Contact and a LEO Alternate Contact to assist their employees with any problems or issues. An online database of Agency LEO Contacts may be found at http://wwwprd.doa.louisiana.gov/OISContacts/home.cfm.
