Disaster Recovery Action Plans
In order to access the disaster recovery Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, LOCD must submit Action Plans and Action Plan Amendments to describe proposed programs and request use of funds.

Action Plan Amendment No. 6 in Response to 2020 and 2021 Federal Declarations has been withdrawn. LOCD-DR anticipates a future Action Plan Amendment will be submitted regarding modifications to the Restore Homeowner Program budget.
