The Office of Community Development – Local Government Assistance (OCD-LGA) will be accepting applications for FY 23-24 in its online portal from November 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024.
All documents must be loaded into the portal by the deadline in order to be considered for funding. This means that all support letters and resolutions of support must be completed by February 29, 2024. No extensions will be approved and no late applications will be accepted. All documents must be submitted through the application portal. It is not necessary to submit any application documents directly to OCD-LGA staff.
On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, the OCD-LGA hosted an online demonstration of the LGAP-CWEF Application Portal which can be viewed here.
Emergency applications will also be accepted on a continuous basis. Local governments interested in applying for these funds should first contact Jeff Tessier in the Office of Community Development-Local Government Assistance to discuss the proposed project. If it is determined that the proposed project meets the intent of the program, the local government will be invited to submit an application.
