We acquire U.S. Government surplus fleet vehicles in very good condition from the General Services Administration (GSA) Fleet Management Section. These vehicles are then offered for purchase to eligible donees. All types of vehicles and equipment are available including sedans, SUVs, police interceptors, trucks and minivans. We can also acquire special use vehicles such as 15 passenger vans, cargo vans, handicap vans, box vans, buses, dump trucks, truck tractors, stake bodies, ambulances and more.  

Pursuant to Federal Management Regulation 102.38-125, Louisiana Federal Property Assistance Agency is authorized by the U.S. General Services Administration to purchase federal vehicles and property prior to public sale. These items are identified as "Fixed Price" or "Negotiated Sale" and are only available for purchase by state and local government, or other tax supported agencies. LFPAA is not allowed to sell these items to non-profit or SBA 8(a) organizations. These restrictions do not apply to vehicles purchased by LFPAA at GSA’s public auctions.
