Water Sector Program - Phase 1
Pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act, Louisiana has allocated $750 million to the Water Sector Program, established by R.S. 39:100.56, from the state's allocation of ARP funding from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund. The program was established to provide grant funding for repairs, improvements and consolidation of community water and sewer systems around the state.
