The Project & Portfolio Management section is responsible for the initiation, planning, management and delivery of information technology products and services that provide value to our customers. As a part of value delivery and operational efficiency for the Executive branch, OTS Product Delivery derives IT portfolio, programs, products and Projects from agency strategy discussions.

The Project & Portfolio Management strives to deliver value to OTS stakeholders and business owners via the following areas:
