File Transfer & Collaboration

Offerings for secure file transfers with outside entities via MOVEit and collaborative workspaces via SharePoint. The SharePoint environment is undergoing a new buildout and upgrade to roll out SharePoint 2016 and no new sites will be put on the current 2010 environment. Included within the monthly rate for each file transfer and collaboration line of service:

  1. Service personnel to administer the environment and setup customer service requests
  2. Facility costs (floor space, electricity, security, generators, fuel, cooling, etc.)
  3. Licensing costs
  4. Server hardware and maintenance 
  5. Hardware refresh on end of useful life (typically a five-year cycle)
