Telecommunications Information Notice 19-04 OTS/NS Billing; Service Order Freeze Update

The Office of Technology Services Network Services (OTS/NS-formerly OTM) Self Service Billing Portal is now available for viewing bills through October 2019. OTS is working toward making the November bill available in January. The portal had been temporarily unavailable due to the November cybersecurity incident and ongoing efforts at recovery.
Service Order Freeze
The service order freeze, which was implemented to expedite efforts at recovery from the cybersecurity incident, remains in effect through January 1. Customers may continue to submit orders during this period, however they may be held and processed after the freeze unless deemed an emergency. Billing may be delayed for all work during this period.
