Telecommunications Information Notice 22-05 Rate Increases for Centrex Service

The Office of Technology Services would like to inform all customers of forthcoming changes in rates for Centrex services.  The vendor charge is increasing, which will result in an increased rate for Centrex services provided to customers effective October 1, 2022. The change should be reflected on the November 2022 bill. The increase in billing will be $3.00 for each Centrex line.

Alternative lines of service are available for dial tone. Agencies may submit the NS-16 Project Request Form to request an evaluation and recommendation for dial tone services.  Agencies with access to the OTS Customer Self Service Ticketing Portal may submit the project request via the portal following the instructions in the Network Services Project Request End Users Guide. All others may submit the NS-16 Project Request directly to networkorders@la.gov.
