Telecommunications Information Notice 23-03 Rate Changes for Circuits

AT&T and the Office of Technology Services recently extended and updated a special billing agreement for Flexserv/Megalink and ISDN Business Service circuits. New rates became effective in January 2023 and were reflected beginning with the May 2023 bill. Changes vary according to the service utilized.
