Telecommunications Information Notice 24-03 Billing Correction for Non-Standard Dial Tone

The Office of Technology Services would like to make customers aware of a billing correction that impacted some Non-Standard Dial Tone customers. In December 2023, the vendor invoice for some NSDT services did not upload properly. Some agencies were not billed for NSDT on the December bill because of this issue. However, in April OTS successfully uploaded the December invoice for OFSS processing. Therefore, affected agencies were billed both December and April Non-Standard Dialtone on the April bill.
