Telecommunications Information Notice 24-04 Billing Correction for HVS

The Office of Technology Services would like to make customers aware of a billing correction that impacts Hosted Voice Service customers. In June 2024, the vendor invoice for HVS services did not upload properly. Some agencies were not billed correctly for HVS on the June bill because of this issue. OTS anticipates affected agencies will be billed for both June and July HVS charges on the July bill.
