Telecommunications Information Notice 25-01 Billing Correction for Non-Standard Dial Tone

The Office of Technology Services would like to make customers aware of a billing correction that impacts Non-Standard Dial Tone customers. Due to a processing error, some agencies were billed normal NSDT charges multiple times on the December bill. OTS is investigating the situation and will issue necessary credits on a future invoice.
