Telecommunications Information Notice 25-09 Billing Correction for Non-Standard Dialtone, Circuits

The Office of Technology Services is notifying customers of a billing correction impacting some agencies. Due to access issues, charges for the Non-Standard Dialtone and Circuits lines of service were not billed correctly on the July 2025 bill. As a result, some agencies saw lower amounts charged on the July bill. The access issues are being corrected, and OTS expects to include July charges for these services on the August 2025 invoice.
