Telecommunications Information Notice 26-02 Billing Correction for Hosted Voice Service

The Office of Technology Services is notifying customers of a billing correction impacting some agencies. Charges for the Hosted Voice Service line of service were not billed correctly on the February 2026 bill. As a result, some agencies saw lower amounts charged on the February bill. The issue is being addressed, and OTS expects to include February charges for the affected services on the March 2026 invoice.
